Services

1001 Nights Agency provides event entertainment services where clients can hire performers for various events such as weddings, corporate functions, and private parties. By using our services, clients agree to these terms.

Booking and Payment

  • How to Book: Clients can book performers by contacting us via email (info@1001nightsagency.com) or through our website’s contact form. Confirmation of the booking is required before any performers are scheduled.
  • Deposit and Payment: A deposit of 50% is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance must be paid 7 days before the event.
  • Payment Methods: We accept payment via credit card, bank transfer, or other online payment platforms.

Communication with Performers

Clients must not collect personal information from performers or exchange contact details with them. All communication related to bookings, changes, or other issues must go through 1001 Nights Agency. If clients need assistance or have questions, they should contact the agency at info@1001nightsagency.com. Violations of this policy may result in booking cancellation without refund or other appropriate action by 1001 Nights Agency.
 

Changes to Booking Dates

  • Changing the Date: If clients request to change the event date after booking is confirmed, they must inform the agency as soon as possible. Clients must not negotiate directly with performers regarding date changes.
  • Additional Costs: Changes to the event date may incur additional costs due to performer availability, rebooking fees, and other factors. Clients will be notified of any additional costs and must agree to these before changes are made.

Cancellation Policy

  • Client Cancellations:
    • More than 30 Days Before the Event: Clients can cancel without penalty, and their deposit will be refunded in full.
    • 15 to 30 Days Before the Event: Clients who cancel within this timeframe will forfeit 50% of their deposit.
    • Less than 15 Days Before the Event: Clients who cancel within 15 days before the event will forfeit their entire deposit and may be liable for the full booking fee.
  • Agency Cancellations: If we need to cancel a booking, we will provide a full refund of any payments made.

Limitation of Liability

1001 Nights Agency is not responsible for any damages arising from your use of our website or services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability to you will be limited to the amount paid for services.
 

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of our website or services will be governed by Maltese laws and resolved through the courts in Malta.
